16 APRIL 2022 UPDATE: Doha Metro and Lusail Tram has changed its timings to ensure services are operational for longer hours at night. As per the new service update announced by the Qatar Rail, the metro, tram, metrolink and metroexpress service will operate from 2 pm to 1 am on Friday, while on other days it will be functional from 6 am to 1 am. The new timings will be starting from April 17, 2022, to May 5, 2022.
27 MARCH 2022 UPDATE: Doha Metro has introduced a special-edition Ramadan Day Pass to use on Doha Metro & Lusail Tram. From 27 March to 7 May, the Ramadan Day Pass will be available for purchase from TVMs. Travellers can pay just 6 QR for standard and 30 QR for Gold Club and travel all over the Metro and Tram networks all day long.
